Teriyaki Beef Skillet
1 lb of Ground Beef
Half of Chopped White Onion
1 tsp of Garlic Powder
1 tsp of Ground Ginger or Ginger Powder
3/4 Cup of Teriyaki Sauce
1 Cup of Chopped Green Onion
1 tsp of Sesame Oil
2 tbsp of Sesame - Optional
1 In a large skillet, cook the onion, beef with sesame oil and seasonings .
2 Once the beef is cooked and the onion is tender, drain the oil and return meat to skillet.
3 Stir teriyaki sauce into beef mixture and cook for another 3 to 5 minutes just until sauce thickens slightly.
This is delicious over rice, with tortillas or wraps!
I like adding some broccolis, zucchinis or mushrooms!
