Flourless Peanut Butter Protein Cookies
2 Scoops of Vanilla Flavor Protein Powder
1 Cup of Natural Peanut Butter
2/3 Cups of Coconut Sugar or for a sugar free version you can use 1/2 Cup of THM Gentle Sweet with 2 tbsp of THM Super Sweet Blend
1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
2 Mix all the ingredients together well in a bowl.
3 Roll them into a ball and using a fork press them onto your greased or oil sprayed baking pan. ( You can also use parchment paper if you prefer. )
4 Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
This is more of a chewy cookie rather than crunchy. It's a good healthy snack with lots of protein!
