Coconut Toffee No Bake Cookies
2 Cups of Oats
1 Cup of Unsweetened Shredded Coconut
1 Stick of Butter
2 tbsp of Unsweetened Coco Powder
1 tbsp of Vanilla Essence
1 tbsp of Caramel Extract ( optional )
1/2 Cup of THM Gentle Sweet
2 tbsp of THM Super Sweet Blend
3 Blocks of Lily's Milk Chocolate ( about 35g )
1/4 Cup of Milk or Almond Milk / Coconut Milk
For the drizzle ( optional )
Half of Toffee Flavor Milk Chocolate or Lily's milk chocolate ( about 40 - 50g )
2 tbsp of Butter or Coconut oil
1 Melt butter and milk chocolate in a sauce pan. Add gentle sweet and super sweet blend and stir for a minute.
2 Mix all ingredients together and take a scoop with a spoon and drop it on top of your baking sheet.
3 Let it chill in the fridge for an hour or more.
4 Make the drizzle by melting the chocolate and butter together in a sauce pan.
( Make sure you have it on low heat! )
5 Drizzle it on top of your sweet goodness cookies!
