Blueberry Banana Oatmeal Muffins
- Makes 12 Muffins
2 Mushed Bananas
1 Cup of Fresh or Frozen Blueberries
3/4 Cups of Oats
1 tsp of Baking Powder
1 tsp of Cinnamon
1/2 Cup of Coconut Sugar or 1/3 Cup of THM Gentle Sweet with 2 tbsp of THM Super Sweet Blend
1 tsp of Vanilla Extract
1 Cup of Gluten Free Flour or THM Baking Blend
1/2 Cup of Plain Greek Yogurt
1 Preheat oven to 350°F.
2 Mix all ingredients and Bake them for 20 to 25 minutes.
