Asian Fried Rice
4 Cups of Cooked Rice
1 tsp of Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp of Ginger, Ground
1 tsp of Chili Powder
3 Green Onions or half of White Onion, finely chopped
1 Cup of Green Peas or Frozen Mix Vegetables
1 Cup of Carrots, finely chopped
1/3 Cup of Soy Sauce
1 tbsp of Sesame Oil
Pinch of Salt and Pepper
1 Prepare your veggies, chop onions, carrots finely.
2 On medium heat cook onions and veggies with sesame oil until the onions are soft.
3 Add rice, seasoning and stir-fry.
4 Beat eggs and pour it on the side of the pan. Gently mix it all together and stir-fry until the eggs are cooked.
You can add some chicken or salmon for protein!
